ALTO DE PIOZ WINERY [WINE TOURISM GUADALAJARA]
Located in the village of Pioz, in the province of Guadalajara, the winery is surrounded by 14 hectares of its own vineyards, at an altitude of 875 meters above sea level, which include 4 varieties of grapes that are harvested by hand each year.
SUSTAINABILITY TO HIGHLIGHT THE TERROIR OF OUR WINES
Our vineyards were planted in 2008 in a traditional formation, allowing the roots to grow deep into the soil. Using sustainable viticultural practices to protect and enhance the terroir and character of our wines.
Our vineyard's mission is to create a wine that represents the terroir of La Alcarria, evoking the biodiversity of the region at its best.

BOUTIQUE HOTEL/SPA AND WINE TOURISM NEAR MADRID
Thanks to our location and proximity to Madrid, we are a perfect choice for wine tourism. As part of our program, visitors can enjoy activities such as visits to lavender or pistachio fields, beekeeping classes, and bird and stargazing.
In addition, in 2022 we inaugurated Casa Primitiva as the first phase of our hospitality project. This place has a boutique hotel/spa designed by one of the most renowned Japanese architects worldwide, providing a luxury hospitality experience and during the summer you can enjoy three Glampings in the Vineyard.

Red, Rosé and White | 12 hectares planted with Tempranillo, Cabernet Suavignon and Garnacha. Estate wines, we work with grapes from our own vineyards and produce wines from old vines.

Bodega de vinos. Los tours por sus cultivos son muy amenos. Las catas de vinos las hacen los propios trabajadores de la bodega que la conocen y la aprecian. Eso se nota en el entusiasmo que le ponen. Los vinos buenísimos también.
