Vivimos una cata sin parangón! Pepa demuestra amor y conocimiento en cada una de sus explicaciones. Unos vinos espectaculares al igual que el maridaje de chato murciano. Especial mención merece la bodega y el Valle donde se enclava, un privilegio.
A diferencia de otras, con una gran puesta en escena enoturística, Balcona sigue siendo una bodega tradicional y familiar, por lo que la experiencia es única. La cata es sobria pero muy bien equilibrada, y ofrecen los mejores vinos que tienen, que es mucho decir, pues elaboran auténticas obras de arte, como el 37 barricas. La visita no es demasiado llamativa, pero es muy auténtica ya que te explican detalles que no se escuchan en otras visitas con mucho más "pedigrí". La historia de la bodega está presente en todo momento, y la experiencia merece muchísimo la pena, especialmente por su carácter extraordinario y alejado de otras experiencias más comerciales.
