Bodega Finca El Refugio is a company specialised in the production and commercialisation of wine. We are a family-run boutique winery, located in an incomparable setting in one of the best-endowed regions for growing vines. For your enjoyment, from our own organic vineyard, we offer unique, balanced and attractive signature wines.

The extreme heat in summer with its great difference in temperature between day and night together with the dry and very cold winters with a low rainfall, together with the scarcity of clay-limestone soil and the low production of our vines, result in complex and well-balanced wines of a singular character, high concentration and very aromatic.

TRADITION AND MODERNITY

Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Verdejo are the basis of our varietals and Coupages. Our philosophy is based on a well done work, we combine the traditional systems of elaboration with the highest European technology to produce modern wines but preserving all their essence.

We currently export 90% of our production and we intend to expand our distribution nationwide. We offer direct sales and distribution of our entire range of quality wines, all of which have won gold and silver medals in international competitions.
