VISIT VALENCISO WINERY (RIOJA ALTA)
In 1998, we joined our surnames, Luis Valentín and Carmen Enciso, to create VALENCISO. After 15 years in the management of a prestigious winery in the Rioja Alavesa, we applied our know-how and international perspective to our new winery in Ollauri, where the Atlantic climate enhances the finesse of the Tempranillo grapes, the exclusive variety of most of our wines.
100% ORGANIC FARMING
All our vineyards are organically farmed with a very reduced production to guarantee the highest quality. The grapes are harvested 100% by hand, as every great wine deserves. Proof of this is that we belong to the Asociación Grandes Pagos de España, which brings together some thirty of the best wineries in the country.
WINE TOURISM IN VALENCISO WINERY
Walk through the vineyards, admire the sculptures of Juanjo Novella, explore winemaking and tasting processes with the founders. With Luis Valentín and Carmen Enciso as your personal guides, you will get to know the winery and its prestigious vineyard.
During the summer and autumn months we offer different activities such as yoga, outdoor cinema, tastings and more, always accompanied by our best wines.

Cuando alguien pone pasión en lo que hace, el resultado es siempre espectacular. En Valenciso han puesto pasión, empeño y profesionalidad y sus vinos son maravillosos. Esto nos lo transmitió Carmen en sus palabras, llenas de experiencia y pasión por lo que hacen en su bodega y lo pudimos corroborar en la cata final, donde se materializó todo lo que habíamos aprendido anteriormente durante la visita. Fue una experiencia increíble la cual recomendamos encarecidamente. Volveremos sin duda. Un abrazo.
Acudimos con unos amigos y salieron perplejos y enamorados. Una bodega pequeña, con mucho encanto y mimo por el detalle y trato exquisito al vino y a cada persona que pasa por su bodega. Explicaciones completas y con muchas anécdotas que contar. Diferente a muchas otras que hemos visto y ganadora, para mi opinión, de cuatro adeptos más al sabor maravilloso de ese vino, que personalmente me enamoró el sabor del blanco, mejor tras unos minutos en la copa y me sorprendió gratamente el rosado. Volveremos.
