VISIT PAZO SEÑORANS WINERY | RIAS BAIXAS WINE TOURISM
Pazo Señorans, nowadays reconverted into a winery, is a magnificent representative of the manor houses of the XVI century, built in the countryside with all the charm and manor of past times. El Pazo and the winery, owned by the couple formed by Marisol Bueno and Javier Mareque, began its winemaking journey in 1989, although the cultivation of the vineyard began earlier.
The name Pazo Señoráns has an unknown origin, it is not known if the place gives its name to El Pazo or if it is el Pazo that gives its name to the place.
OUR WINES
We work to ensure that our wines are a true reflection of the land where they are born.
We deeply believe in all their potential, from the young wines to the growing capacity of the variety with the passing of time.
For years, we have been developing R+D+i projects with various entities and companies, especially those focused on the study of native varieties and the care of the vineyard and its impact on the environment.
GUIDED TOURS OF THE WINERY AND EL PAZO
The visit starts with an explanation of the history of the winery and the appellation of origin to which we belong, followed by a tour of the facilities, a visit to our distillery, garden, vineyards and el Pazo (a typical Galician building from the 16th century), and ending with a tasting of our products.
