Bodega Los Aljibes is located in the Finca Los Aljibes, located in the municipality of Chinchilla de Montearagón, Albacete. Surrounded by 178 hectares of vineyards at an altitude of almost 1,000 meters, this La Mancha winery combines traditional architecture with a modern infrastructure, designed to produce wines of high expression. From the entrance to the estate, the visitor enters a typical La Mancha landscape, among gentle hills, holm oaks and cereals, until reaching the elegant winery, with its monumental porticoed courtyard and halls decorated with restored antique pieces. The complex also includes a prestigious stud farm for Purebred Spanish Horses and an olive plantation for the production of Los Aljibes olive oil, making this estate an ideal place for wine tourism.

Hice la visita básica a la bodega y la verdad es que me encantó, no sólo la explicación que nos hicieron sino la visita a la bodega y la cata acompañada de embutidos y queso. Me gustó mucho la variedad de vinos que tiene la bodega y sobre todo la miel de lavanda, buenísima.
Preciosa finca que engloba muchas actividades, entre ellas viñedo y bodega. La visita comienza con un bonito paseo en un carro de caballos recorriendo la finca con sus explicaciones, seguimos con una visita por el interior de las distintas zonas de la bodega y terminando con una cata de tres de sus vinos ( de gama baja) además de su aceite y miel todo ello acompañado de un aperitivo de embutidos y queso que se agradece. La bodega está dotada de todos los avances en el mundo del vino y tiene unas instalaciones importancia.
