Yes. Aranda de Duero, the main town on the Burgos side of Ribera del Duero, is a little under two hours’ drive from Madrid on the A-1, so a day trip to one or two wineries is possible. The wineries around Aranda, such as Bodega Histórica Don Carlos in the town itself, El Lagar de Isilla, Dominio de Cair, Bela, Valdubón or Pago de los Capellanes, are the easiest to reach from the motorway.
