En primer lugar, de la bodega Los Gredales me quedo con la profesionalidad y amabilidad de Pablo, artífice del proyecto. La calidad es excelente, y la alta puntuación de sus vinos por estándares oficiales lo corroboran. La bodega está muy bien construida y se encuentra en un estado óptimo y cuidado para su uso. Es la clase de empresarios viticultores que se deben cuidar y no perder.
Los Gredales de El Toboso ha desarrollado su propio viñedo durante los últimos 15 años y, más recientemente, ha construido una bodega de última generación que produce vinos monovarietales orgánicos certificados. Las uvas incluyen Graciano, Petit Grenache (para el rosado), Syrah, Cabernet sauvignon, Sauvignon blanc, Tempranillo/Syrah (70/30%). Me encantan todos estos vinos
