Located on the outskirts of Toro, in a region historically linked to wine and fine dining, the Bodega Latarce wine tourism complex stands as a meeting point between tradition, culture, and gastronomy.
The Toro region has a rich wine-making heritage dating back to Roman times and experienced a significant boom during the 12th and 13th centuries. Its wines even accompanied Columbus on his voyage to the New World and were key to supplying France during the phylloxera crisis in the early 20th century.

Visitamos esta bodega estas navidades con nuestra hija de nueve años, nos encantó la visita, el sumiller un gran profesional y nos lo explico todo muy bien, a la hora de la cata cató los vinos con nosotros, la comida deliciosa, elegimos el menú que lleva bacalao al ajo arriero que estaba exquisito. Con la ración de entrantes y el bacalao comimos los tres perfectamente, los vinos también nos gustaron mucho, nos llamó la atención especialmente un blanco Verdejo que parece ser que hacen ellos en exclusiva, el vermut tinto que nos ofrecieron también estaba de lujo. Bodeguita familiar con mucho encanto y un ambiente y un comedor precioso. Hicimos también una visita al pueblo de Toro, que también nos gustó mucho aunque fue una visita rápida este pueblito tiene mucho que ver y muy interesante.
Muchas gracias por la excelencia que demostráis siempre, hemos vuelto un año más a degustar vuestros platos y como siempre han estado de sobresaliente, se notan todos y cada uno de los detalles de vuestro buen hacer, repetiremos siempre porque se nota lo que hacéis por vuestros clientes, al que lea está reseña y quiera disfrutar de un lugar extraordinario lo recomiendo al cien x cien.
