VISIT BODEGAS PACO Y LOLA [RÍAS BAIXAS]
Paco & Lola was founded in 2005 thanks to the initiative of a group of winegrowers and winemakers from the O Salnés region who decided to take a step forward and professionalize their activity. This led to the creation of the Arousana Wine Cooperative, which today has more than 430 members, making it the cooperative with the largest number of members in the Rías Baixas D.O.
The winery has 220 hectares of its own vineyards, distributed over more than 2,000 small plots, reflecting the traditional Galician smallholding, all located in the Val do Salnés subzone.
WINE TOURISM
Classic Tour
A perfect option for those who want to discover Paco & Lola in its entirety, combining a visual tour of the winery with the sensory experience of a tasting. The tour ends in the tasting room, where three of the house wines are sampled.

Gourmet Tour
Includes a guided tour of the facilities and a tasting of four wines, at least one of which is a special edition. In addition, to enhance the experience, a gourmet preserve is offered to every two visitors (fish, seafood, or pâtés, depending on availability) as a pairing.

Ya conocíamos sus afamados vinos pero la experiencia ha sido única gracias a nuestra guía, Lola, quien ha hecho de una visita enmarcada en la jornada de puertas abiertas en una aventura por la historia y día a día de la bodega. Hemos degustado dos de sus vinos, maridados con numerosos datos curiosos sobre la cooperativa.
