VISIT BODEGA PIEDRA FLUIDA WINERY [TENERIFE]
Bodega Piedra Fluida began with the 2018 harvest in Tenerife, D.O.P. Islas Canarias, with over 34 hectares of estate vineyards spread across the island between 500 and 1,687 metres above sea level. The Los Frontones plot, in Granadilla de Abona, is currently the highest cultivated vineyard in Europe.
All work is done by hand due to the steep slopes. The oldest vines — over 80 years old, ungrafted, trained on a parral trellis and dry-farmed — are cultivated with organic certification. Winemaking is carried out with minimal intervention and native yeasts, aiming to capture in the bottle the differences between volcanic plots. The winery is located in La Orotava, on the northeast of the island.

Piedra Fluida offers five tasting visit formats, designed to showcase the diversity of its vineyards and wines. All experiences include a pairing with Canarian cheeses and require prior booking.

Excelentes sus vinos canarios. Recomiendo encarecidamente el Listán Negro y Ojitos, ambos dos muy muy buenos. Ojalá poder ir pronto a Tenerife y además disfrutar de sus singulares catas!
