Bodega Severino Sanz is a family winery in the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin, located in Montejo de la Vega de la Serrezuela, in the province of Segovia. Managed by the siblings, Mª Dolores, José Félix and Iñaki, the winery is named after their father Severino, who passed on to them his respect and affection for this land and the vineyards. The purpose of this family project is to continue promoting the local rural culture through wine and gastronomy.

Vaya pedazo de visita hemos hecho a esta bodega familiar en Montejo. Unos vinazos, la atención al detalle y el cariño por lo que hacen se nota desde el momento que llegas y la verdad que la zona es preciosa. Muy recomendable. Nosotros ya hemos cogido alguna botella que otra para llenar la bodega porque está calidad-precio no se encuentra tan fácilmente en La DO. Sin duda se convierten en uno de nuestros vinos favoritos. Maravillosa experiencia, gran vino y muy buen trato. Nos mostró la bodega Teresa y nos fascionó toda la información y el detalle con el que cuidan las visitan. ¡Muy recomendable!
Nos fascinó la visita. Es una bodega familiar, con todo pensado al detalle, y nos explicaron el proceso de elaboración del vino personalmente y con calma. Luego, en la cata, pudimos hacer todas las preguntas que quisimos y se esforzaron mucho en transmitir el amor por el producto. Mucho más recomendable que las bodegas grandes en las que no hay ese trato personalizado. El vino, por supuesto, riquísimo.
