VISIT BODEGA TIERRA DE CUBAS [CARIÑENA]
Tierra de Cubas is part of the Bodegas San Valero group and is located on a hill at an altitude of 662 meters, within the Cariñena PDO. Its surroundings combine plains and mountainous terrain, with well-aerated soils that favor the cultivation of vines. The vineyards, planted in bush and trellis styles, extend across the landscape, forming a consolidated agricultural structure.
The winery takes its name from the traditional wooden vats historically used in winemaking in this region. Its strategic location, between the Ebro Valley and Levante, has been linked to wine production since ancient times, as evidenced by Iberian and Roman archaeological remains. Nearby are also the remains of the 15th-century Convent of Santa Catalina.
WINE TOURISM
Tierra de Cubas offers guided tours that include a tour of the facilities, the history of the area, and a guided tasting of two wines, accompanied by appetizers. The experience begins with a glass of Particular Blanc de Noir cava and lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Excelente bodega del grupo San Valero que organiza una interesante e instructiv excursión en sus bodegas con una cata de sus vinos. Muy buen vino blanco y el tinto algo durillo para el gaznate pero aceptable. Excelente menú degustacion. Increíble el canalón de pato. Muy buen vino blanco Chardonay! Muy aconsejable!!!! Repetiremos!!!!
✍️Muy gratificante y constructiva la visita guiada a La Bodega Tierra de Cubas,la hemos realizado en Familia Domingo 01/06/25 muy bien organizada la visita, esperando el comienzo te ofrecen cata del Cava B/N blanco y negro(exclusivamente de Uva garnacha tinta)pero el caldo con un bonito color Dorado, para mi paladar una delicia. Comienza la visita con la presentación de la Bodega a cargo de..Alirio(gracias por tu dedicacion y experiencia) que nos acompañara durante toda la Visita. La Bodega nos a gustado es una Bodega moderna totalmente automatizada del grupo San Valero muy bonita toda la Visita explicada al detalle durante el recorrido que se hace muy ameno al finalizar la Visita hay cata de dos vinos Blanco y Tinto 8.0.1 acompañados de dos tapas muy sabrosas el Blanco muy agradable y con tonos frutales y el tinto se sujeta al paladar y te permite disfrutar de sus matices,el entorno de la Bodega es espectacular Posiblemente repitamos la visita entre Semana para poder apreciar el proceso en vivo con la Bodega en funcionamiento,el Restaurante para la siguiente ocasión será .🥂
