Located only 25 kilometers from Puerta del Sol, Vinícola de Arganda is the only winery and oil mill that elaborates, produces and distributes its wine and oil.

Arganda is by tradition a land of wines. A sunny climate all year round and its clayey soil, bathed by the waters of the Jarama River, make the wine that has been cultivated in this land since Roman times unique. With good reason, it is easy to read in any corner of the town the saying: "If you came to Arganda and did not drink wine, then what did you come for?''

For years, Cipriano Guillén, son and grandson of farmers, has observed the interest of friends, family and strangers for his work in the field.
Cipri Guillén and his wife, Cristina Ponsín, want to respond to the growing interest in ecology and wines by launching unique routes through their vineyards and olive groves so that people can learn about the daily life of the farmer. The idea is that the visitor feels like a "farmer for a day", to know the difficulties and satisfactions that the field gives to those who cultivate it every day, 365 days a year.
