VISIT BODEGAS ALCARDET [TOLEDO]
Bodegas Alcardet is a family winery founded in 1973 in Villanueva de Alcardete (Toledo) by a group of local winegrowers. Over the years it has developed its own designation within sparkling wines, the Cueva wines, and has been a pioneer in organic vine growing in the area.
The winery combines traditional production methods with technology to produce wines from 15 native and international varieties, including tempranillo/cencibel, garnacha, verdejo, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, viognier, moravia, riesling, merlot and cabernet sauvignon. Its range includes white, red, rosé, sparkling and frizzante wines, with certified organic and vegan lines.

Bodegas Alcardet offers a guided visit to its facilities in Villanueva de Alcardete, explaining the wine and sparkling wine production process from grape intake to the final product. The visit ends with a guided tasting. Bookings are handled by phone.

Visitar estas bodegas es todo una experiencia religiosa. Aquí se producen los mejores vinos de la región y posiblemente de toda la España. Son receptores de más de 30 variedades de uva y sus instalaciones son simplemente fantásticas. Las charlas educativas sobre el sistema vinícola de la zona de Alcardet dadas por Miguel son muy interesantes. Si alguien visita Villa Nueva de Alcardet en Castilla de la Mancha tiene que incluir una visita en su ruta. Lo recomiendo ampliamente
Hoy hemos degustado una cata tras la visita guiada por la bodegas Alcardet. Una visita de lo más interesante por el contenido y la forma de explicar de Patricia, la responsable de Marketing. Una experiencia que recomiendo.
