VISIT BRUNO MURCIANO VITICULTORES WINERY [VALENCIA]
Bruno Murciano, born in 1979 in Caudete de las Fuentes, Valencia, grew up immersed in the environment of hospitality and family viticulture. After studying in Spain and France, he became a renowned sommelier, working in prestigious international establishments. In 2010, he fulfilled his dream of acquiring a vineyard in his hometown, together with his brother José Luis, an oenologist by profession. Together, they produced their first wine, "El Sueño de Bruno", marking the beginning of a new stage in the Murciano family.
THE VINEYARDS
Bruno and José Luis have carefully selected plots with limestone soils in foothills and south-east orientations, producing unique wines such as "L'ALEGRIA", "EL SUEÑO de Bruno" and "LA BRUNA". From centenary vineyards in sandy-loam soils to rustic estates with wide biodiversity in Mediterranean forests, each vineyard, such as "La Meca", "La Ceja" and "La Serratilla", reflects the commitment to organic and sustainable agriculture, with projects that include the recovery of native varieties and the definition of their own styles.
WINE TOURISM
The Murciano family vineyards, distributed in smallholdings in the interior of Valencia, offer a unique wine tourism experience. Some are located in the natural reserve of the Hoces del Cabriel Park and are protected under the D.O. of Utiel-Requena and Valencia, with a winemaking history that dates back to the Iberian era. With varied microclimates due to the influence of the continental Mediterranean climate, the vineyards benefit from their average altitude of 950 meters above sea level.
