Antonio Espinosa de los Monteros, heir to the Sherry winemaking tradition, decided to continue the family legacy in Jerez de la Frontera. His passion for wine, inspired by his father, began in 1968 in the Garvey winery and materialized in 1985 when he founded his own winery. Throughout his career, Antonio combines tradition and innovation, creating sherries of great age and unique brandies, aged in butts of more than 50 years under the soleras and criaderas system.
