El Regajal is an estate located in Aranjuez, known since the 19th century for its natural wealth and for being home to numerous species of lepidoptera. Its landscape, formed by a valley surrounded by hills and a microclimate influenced by the Tagus and Jarama rivers, offers an ideal environment for vineyards.
The winery produces wines under the DO Vinos de Madrid El Regajal Selección Especial and Las Retamas de El Regajal appellations. The property has integrated entomological research with a wine-growing project that allows visitors to discover wine from a unique location.
WINE TOURISM
Visiting the estate is an opportunity to discover its landscape, its vineyards, and the entire wine-making process. The winery offers three options that allow visitors to enjoy the area and learn more about its work.
1. Visit to the Vineyard
A guided tour of the estate's plots to learn about the tasks that make up a complete cultivation cycle. The visit focuses on the terroir, the particularities of the microclimate, and the management of the vineyard.
2. Winery Tour + Winemaking Process
After the vineyard, the tour continues in the winery, where the stages of vinification, aging, and maturation are explained in detail. Visitors can observe the wines at different stages of their development.
3. Wine Tasting in the Tasting Room
The experience ends in a spacious and bright tasting room, equipped to welcome both individuals and groups. Here, visitors can taste the house wines in an ideal setting for exploring their characteristics in depth.

La visité en julio de 2024 durante un recorrido por Toledo. Es una finca preciosa con un vino delicioso. Fue increíble ver cómo se elabora el vino local. Los viñedos eran fantásticos; nunca había visto nada parecido.
Teníamos una Reunión Familiar y siempre aprovechamos para visitar alguna Bodega porque nos gusta especialmente. Esta vez decidimos ir a Bodegas El Regajal en Aranjuez y fue realmente un acierto, porque estuvo todo genial. Compartimos la visita con otro grupo de la Universidad y de maestro de ceremonias estuvo Daniel, que además de ser el dueño de esta Bodega, nos explicó con todo detalle los procesos de elaboración de sus vinos, desde la propia viña hasta que el vino llega a nuestras mesas. Tuvimos la suerte, (dadas las fechas que son), de que la cosecha de este año estaba en pleno proceso de Fermentación (tanto alcohólica como malolactica), así pudimos realizar diferentes Catas en las diferentes fases y apreciar los diferentes aromas y sabores que va tomando en vino durante su proceso. Todo muy ilustrativo y verdaderamente genial. MUCHAS GRACIAS, DANIEL. Por supuesto, ya al final, pude hablar con Daniel de ese maravilloso proyecto, llamado GALIA, que lleva con el Enólogo francés Jeromé, y como nó, traernos a casa algunos vinos de Regajal y también de Galia.
