At Eco-Bodega Cortijo El Cura, located in Laujar de Andarax, we produce organic wines under the Laujar-Alpujarra PGI. Our range includes white, rosé, red, sweet, and barrel-aged wines, all of which are the result of respectful work with the land and the grapes.
We are a family winery that takes care of every detail of the process: from the manual selection of grapes in our organic vineyards to controlled fermentation and aging in oak barrels. Our commitment to sustainability and excellence is reflected in every stage of production, combining traditional methods with innovative techniques that respect the environment.
Every bottle of wine we produce is the result of a philosophy that values authenticity, effort, and respect for nature. At Cortijo El Cura, we don't just make wine: we share a way of understanding the land and caring for the environment, offering a unique experience that goes beyond the palate.
WINE TOURISM
Enjoy a personalized visit to our organic estate, where you will tour vineyards, olive groves, and orchards, visit the agricultural museum, and discover our sustainable winery.
The experience includes a tasting of five organic wines with an appetizer (traditional or vegan) and, in season, a tasting of up to 52 varieties of table grapes.

Lugar muy pintoresco y estupenda experiencia en plena naturaleza. Se aprende mucho sobre el cultivo de la vid y elaboración del vino, gracias a Estefanía. Cata muy completa y de calidad.
Estefanía ha sido un guía excepcional, se nota su afán por investigar como hacer la bodega más sostenible y ecológica. He aprendido sobre el proceso de elaboración y como el vino obtiene los distintos matices en su sabor. Una experiencia muy recomendable y seguro que repetiré en octubre para probar sus uvas.
