Mendieta Osaba Wines is a limited production family winery located on the slopes of the Sierra de Cantabria, in the picturesque village of Lanciego. In the distinguished Rioja Alavesa region, the Mendieta Osaba family has preserved and passed down their vineyards from generation to generation.
Juantxu Mendieta, known as "Mendi" among his family and friends, makes amazing limited edition wines that faithfully reflect the uniqueness of the land they come from.
The diversity of his offerings ranges from Tempranillo-inspired expressions, including a single varietal gem, to a delicate wine made with Malvasia and Viura, both from a singular vineyard.
