VISIT CATEDRAL DEL VI MODERNISTA CELLER [WINERY AND RESTAURANT]

Built in 1919 at the initiative of the winegrowers of the Terra Alta, the Catedral del Vi is one of the leading examples of agrarian modernism in Catalonia. The building was designed by Cèsar Martinell, a disciple of Antoni Gaudí, incorporating parabolic arches, reinforced concrete tanks and advanced technical solutions for winemaking.

The winery maintains its cooperative activity and centres its production on Garnacha, the variety most representative of the area.

The space also houses a restaurant advised by Fran López (Villa Retiro, one Michelin star), with a menu based on local produce and pairings with the house wines. It also has facilities for weddings and corporate events, with professional coordination and protocol services.
