Hotel Boutique Gareus occupies an early 20th-century building in the historic center of Valladolid, between Plaza de España, Plaza Zorrilla and Plaza de Colón, 200 meters from the AVE high-speed train station. Its 41 rooms combine traditional and contemporary elements in a décor of bold colors, with parquet flooring, soundproofing and full bathrooms with bathtub or shower.

The hotel offers four room types — Standard, Executive twin beds, Executive queen size bed and Junior Suite —, all equipped with air conditioning, heating, minibar, flat-screen TV, safe and free WiFi. The Junior Suites have a separate living area, bathrobe and slippers, and two of them have balconies overlooking the city. The hotel has a library in the lobby, a Lounge & Cocktail Bar with a seasonal terrace, room service, 24-hour reception, concierge, luggage storage and private valet parking.

Bodegas Vizar is the wine estate linked to the hotel. Its vineyards cover 90 hectares in the D.O.P. Dehesa Peñalba, within Ribera del Duero, in an area bordered by the Duero river, centuries-old pine forests and hills that create a distinct microclimate. The winery has been 100% organic since 2017 and produces Vinos de Pago recognized with the highest classification under Spanish wine law.

Under the Dehesa Moments program, the winery offers four visit formats:
  • Visit with tasting and cheese pairing
  • Visit with tasting and paired lunch
  • Equestrian wine tourism with a horse-drawn carriage ride and horseback riding through the vineyards and along the Duero river
