VISIT BODEGA A VILERMA WINERY [RIBEIRO]
A Vilerma makes wine in Leiro, in the Avia Valley, within the Ribeiro D.O. (Ourense). Winegrower Arsenio Paz and his wife, Chon Labrador, bought the estate in the 1970s and began working with the varieties of the area. In 2024 the Pariente family acquired the winery and continued the work on the same plots.
The estate has six hectares of hillside vineyard. White varieties native to Ribeiro predominate — treixadura, loureira, godello, albariño, lado and torrontés — alongside a smaller presence of reds: brancellao, sousón, caíño tinto, ferrón and tempranillo. The work is centred on these native varieties of the Avia Valley.
WINE TOURISM
Visits are booked through the website. The tour takes in the vineyard and the production room, and ends with a guided tasting. The winery also organises tailored experiences.

Una bodega situada en un sitio privilegiado con una vistas preciosas del pueblo de gomariz y con un blanco excelente puesto que se elabora con uvas de gomariz probablemente el mejor sitio del Ribeiro para la uva blanca
Un sitio encantador y trato inmejorable. Nos dio mucha pena tener que irnos de allí. Volveríamos un montón de veces sin pensarlo.
El vino está muy rico y la bodega es preciosa. El entorno que le rodea tiene una magia especial.
