VISIT BODEGAS FELIX CALLEJO [RIBERA DEL DUERO]
The winery is located in Sotillo de la Ribera, in the province of Burgos, on the northern edge of the Duero basin, at an altitude of 830 to 930 meters. Its landscape combines limestone moors, ancient river terraces, and clay soils, which bring diversity and personality to its vineyards. The winery consists of 27 plots distributed across different locations, totaling 54.8 hectares cultivated under organic farming principles since 2000.
The winery's philosophy focuses on reflecting the territory and history of Sotillo de la Ribera through wine. Respect for the vineyard extends to the winery, where gravity and natural yeasts are used in the winemaking process, seeking to faithfully express each variety and each soil in the wine. Its wines pay tribute to the ancestors and the landscape that saw them born, reviving the tradition of "municipal wines.”

Una experiencia inolvidable... gracias a la familia....que nos trató como uno más....
Tras haber probado sus vinos con anterioridad, y con la simpática casualidad de compartir apellido familiar, decidimos visitar esta bodega en uno de nuestros viajes por la Ribera del Duero. El trato durante toda la visita a sus instalaciones fue excelente, con un acercamiento a sus diferentes técnicas y procesos en todas las etapas de elaboración del vino, tanto las más tradicionales como algunas más innovadoras. Terminamos como no podía ser de otro modo, con una cata, en una gran sala con una enorme mesa corrida e infinidad de fotografías de momentos vinculados a la bodega, los vinos y la familia. Un excelente final donde tuvimos la oportunidad de probar varios de los vinos que aun no conocíamos de esta bodega. Excelente trato y mejor producto.
