Visiting Bodega Toral means treating yourself to a sensory pause more than 1,000 metres up on the northern face of Sierra Nevada, where Pablo and Noelia, the winemakers themselves, open the doors of their home to make you feel part of the family, with no rush and no impersonal scripts. Here you will walk among living vines grown with absolute respect for nature, feel stress melt away as you step into the underground shelter of our natural clay winery, and surprise your palate by tasting unique, exclusive wines, such as the recovered native Torrontés variety, accompanied by artisan bites and grandmothers' traditional recipes. When you leave, you will take with you the peace of Sierra Nevada, the taste of things made with soul and the lasting memory of having been our guest of honour.

At Bodega Toral you can enjoy different types of experiences, from a four-hour wine tasting to full-day outings that include the Geopark, or experiences tailored to you. In each of them you will discover the high-altitude vineyard, the cave winery and a tasting with artisan products made in-house. We also invite you to enjoy it away from our home: a day on a yacht. Legado (Full experience)
The winery's longest outing. You will discover the history of a 10th-century cave, one of the historic sites of the Granada Geopark, and understand the history of the surrounding area. You will touch the roots of the vineyard. In the winery you will taste five wines paired with artisan products, followed by a meal of slow-cooked dishes and family recipes. Your experience ends with a visit to one of the most striking viewpoints over the Badlands.

Bodega Toral. Un lugar donde el vino cobra otros matices distintos para llevarte al sabor de su tierra, de sus raíces, de su savia, de cada pámpano, de cada racimo, de cada cuidado y mimos. Esos mismo que te trasladan sus creadores: Noelia y Pablo. Porque si sus vinos son únicos, ellos son los protagonista. Su trato, su cercanía su disponibilidad,...hacen de Bodega Toral una visita indiscutible y especial. Gracias por existir.
La visita a Bodega Toral fue una auténtica sorpresa. Íbamos con la idea de descubrir una bodega de vinos artesanos y salimos con mucho más: una experiencia humana y cercana con Pablo y Noelia, que elaboran sus vinos dejándose guiar por lo que la uva y la naturaleza les transmiten. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir en casa: una comida riquísima con productos de su tierra, un paseo por el huerto lleno de historias y la enseñanza de cómo, siguiendo el consejo de sus mayores y usando técnicas ancestrales, cuidan sus viñedos sin químicos. La cata fue otro regalo: vinos con alma y personalidad como Serendipity, Luna de Abril, Atrapapasueños, Toral, Abuelito y De Mamá, algunos de ellos ya presentes en restaurantes con estrella Michelin. Y todo esto rodeado de un paisaje espectacular, un rincón que recuerda a la Capadocia granadina, donde cada sorbo sabe a magia y cada conversación se queda en el corazón
