VISIT BETOLAZA WINERY [LA RIOJA]
Our family has grown vines and made wine in Briones, selling it to prestigious wineries. In 2000, we created the "Betolaza" brand, marketing young red wine. In 2006, we built a small family winery and started a new project with the first harvest destined to "Crianza".
The wine comes from vines in plots of clay-limestone soil and Atlantic climate, each one providing a unique personality. The oldest vines, called "majuelos" by my grandfather, are grown on terraces. We hand-pick the grapes at their optimum point, selecting the best in the vineyard.

Wine-growing activity with lunch and tasting in the cellar
Feel like a farmer for a day! You will tour the vineyards in a 4x4, learn how to prune, spergure or harvest with a Betolaza, have lunch at the foot of the vineyard and finish with a tasting of two wines in the family cellar.
Winery + Cellar Visit
You will tour the winery facilities with a Betolaza. You will learn about the process of grape selection, winemaking and aging of our wines, ending with a tasting in the family cellar with an aperitif.
Tasting in the cellar
Taste our wines in the family cellar with an aperitif, without the need to visit the winery.
Multiadventure + winery visit
Tour our vineyards like never before on a quad/ATV, mountain bike, electric bicycle or 4×4 vehicle

Visita 100% recomendable! Bodega familiar donde tanto Clara como Fran transmiten su pasión por el vino. Después de la detallada visita por la bodega hemos podido comprobar el buen trabajo de estos chicos en un calado espectacular.¡Volveremos!
Excelente experiencia y trato cercano. Clara, una de las dueñas de la bodega, nos hizo la visita amena e instructiva. La cata de tres vinos con aperitivos variados, muy completa y los vinos muy recomendables. Si quieres vivir la experiencia de visitar una bodega familiar, este es tu sitio. Repetiremos!
