The century-old cellars, carved out of granite and restored with respect for their original essence, hold centuries of winemaking tradition.
Our philosophy is based on preserving the character of the Arribes, working in harmony with the environment, and recovering native varieties that express the identity of this unique land. Each wine is the result of that connection between past and present, between stone, time, and passion.

Seven Steps Experience
Designed for wine and history lovers, this experience immerses you in the Wine Village, Fermoselle, touring its underground cellars and its ancestral wine-making legacy.
Hours:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings and afternoons.

- Visit to two century-old wineries and our three underground cellars (visit to the modern area and two restored historic cellars)
- Explanation of the history and production process
- Commented tasting of three Siete Peldaños wines (Bruñal, Puesta en Cruz and a surprise wine*) in the Gourmet Space.

Visita muy interesante, Almudena, la guía de enoturismo, nos dio muy buenas explicaciones sobre la historia de Fermoselle, con visita a varias bodegas subterráneas históricas, y posteriormente a su propia bodega, con cata de sus vinos. Muy didáctica y muy recomendable.
Hicimos la visita a las bodegas y cata. La pasión con la que explican toda la historia del pueblo, sus bodegas, viñas y gentes, te hacen empaparte del espíritu y cultura de Fermoselle. La experiencia ha sido muy interesante y recomendable. Lo mejor, los vinos. Únicos y espectaculares. La explicación tan detallada de cada uva y el proceso que hay detrás te hacen valorarlo y disfrutarlo mucho más. Una experiencia totalmente recomendable.
