VISIT WINERY AND HOTEL RAÍZ DE GUZMÁN [ROA]
Bodegas Raíz de Guzmán is located in Ribera del Duero, in the area of Roa de Duero (Burgos), beside the regulatory council — a zone shaped by traditional winegrowing. The project was born from passion, care and honesty, built around a model of direct work on the land and full control of the process from vineyard to cellar.
The approach integrates winegrowing, winemaking and wine tourism, with facilities designed to welcome visitors and explain the complete winemaking process.
WINE TOURISM
The wine tourism experiences at Raíz de Guzmán are designed to show the origin of the wine, its evolution in the winery and the connection between vineyard, winemaking and the finished product. Each tour combines guided visits, walks through the vineyards and commented tastings of the winery's wines.
Raíz de Guzmán Experience
A tour that begins with an introduction to the winery's history and winemaking process, followed by a visit to the facilities and a walk through the vineyard with glass in hand. The underground experience offers a close look at the barrels where the wines mature. The tasting includes 1 barrel wine and 2 finished wines, paired with cured Páramo de Guzmán cheese.

Sin duda alguna es una de las mejores experiencias de Enoturismo que hemos realizado, el hotel cuenta con 6 habitaciones muy cómodas y con todo lo necesario, todas tienen vistas a un viñedo, lo mejor es la vista a las bodegas es mas que una cata toda una experiencia, los vinos muy ricos, podemos probarlos directamente de las barricas es genial, y sobre todo nuestra guía Beatriz ha hecho que toda la experiencia sea única e inigualable. La diferencia de las cosas excepcionales lo hace su gente...
He disfrutado como nunca de una visita en Bodegas Raíz. Beatriz crea un ambiente único, cercano....nos acompañaba un grupo que al igual que nosotros disfrutaba de cada rincón, y formamos un grupo estupendo. El queso más que espectacular..en fin..vino, queso, estancias y compañía de 10. Gracias Beatriz por tu excelente atención.
