Founded in 1887, Cavas Hill is one of the oldest wineries in the D.O. Cava. Opening the doors of our modernist estate, whose listed architecture is deeply linked to the legacy of Antoni Gaudí, is to delve into the essence of artisan cava.

Our Panot Gaudí and Cuvée 1887 cavas reflect this history, tradition, and Mediterranean character that defines us.

Our wine tourism experiences are a constant exchange of stories, gastronomy, and cava. From the Panot Gaudí tour, with cava and local artisan cheese pairings, to the Barcelona Brunch 1887 experience or our sensory journey through Spain's main D.O.s.

We have also created a Wine Bar with a terrace where you can relax after your visit or shopping. It is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of cava or our still wines in an environment where time seems to stand still.

Panot Gaudí Cheese Lovers
Did you know that Cavas Hill is a modernist winery linked to Gaudí through a Barcelona icon? Well, yes, you'll find the answer under your feet when you walk along Passeig de Gràcia, on the iconic Panot tile... and also in our bottles, whose design and cavas are inspired by his modernist spirit.

Geometry, craftsmanship, and balance: like our Panot Gaudí cava and the modernist tile, each cheese selected for this experience is a unique piece where form and character come together in a perfect pairing, designed for true cheese lovers.

Enjoy award-winning cavas and local artisan cheeses with the Panot Gaudí tour. An essential experience for lovers of cheese, premium sparkling wines, and art.

Barcelona Brunch 1887
We were born in a year when Barcelona's modernism was at its zenith. That's why our youngest cavas bear its name. It was a time when iconic modernist taverns combined gastronomy, cava, and culture.

Inspired by that spirit, we created our Barcelona Brunch 1887: our very own version of a pairing of traditional tapas with our most iconic wines and cavas.
Includes: Visit to the vineyard and winery + pairing of 4 tapas with 4 wines/cavas.
Vegetarian and vegan options available (please notify us in advance).
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday at 12:30 p.m.
