Bodega Hijos de Antonio Polo was established in 1998 by Teodoro and Antonio, two wine enthusiasts with a passion rooted in their youth. We pride ourselves on being a family winery, where each wine is treated with care and dedication, always prioritizing quality over quantity. In the interior of a garden of the property dating from 1965, the family created its winery in 1998 under the name of Hijos de Antonio Polo and from this year began to produce its wines with a vocation for aging in Peñafiel, cradle of the Ribera del Duero. In our family, art is a fundamental part, and the decoration of the winery bears the signature of Esther Polo, the talented artist of the family. With more than 20 years of experience in the prestigious Vega Sicilia, Teodoro Arenales, our vineyard expert, has perfected his art and cultivated a deep love for this world. On the other hand, Antonio Polo, passionate about winemaking, is an eternal apprentice, always looking to perfect his knowledge and techniques, all this makes them a perfect tandem.
