Riofrio is a small town in Loja, Granada. This peaceful place is located in the same basin of the Guadalquivir River where for centuries the Acipenser naccarii -also known as 'sollo' or Adriatic sturgeon- was the native species.

The facilities built by the pioneer of aquaculture in Spain, Dr. Domezain, have unique conditions that allow reproducing the most natural environment possible for sturgeon breeding.

Premium Caviar Tasting, Guided Tour with Champagne, Vodka or Wine Pairing
  • Complete tour of the facilities.
  • Tasting of three varieties of caviar (2 spoonfuls per recipe), with pairing of Pipper Heidsieck champagne and Viña Monty Viura white wine.
