Just 30 minutes from Madrid in the town of Villarejo de Salvanés, where history dates back to the Bronze Age and whose winemaking origins go back to the fifteenth century, is our winery located in an area of great wine influence, the plains region, bounded by the Tajo and Tajuña rivers, where limestone and clay soils with centuries-old vineyards produce outstanding wines.
With more than three generations of experience, we started producing our wines in 1956, becoming nowadays the flagship of the Denomination of Origin Wines of Madrid. Our philosophy is to maintain tradition and naturalness in our winemaking while adapting to current preferences and tastes, always aiming to preserve the personality of each wine.

Option 1: Full Winery Visit
Full tour of the winery followed by tasting of 4 Premium wines accompanied by a selection of local artisan snacks.
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday at 11:00 am

Option 2: Vinos Jeromín Experience
Full tour of the winery followed by tasting of 5 of our most awarded wines paired with our seasonal tasting menu (aperitif + 8 individual courses, adaptable for intolerances and vegan diets).

Option 3: Wine & Local Flavors

Price: €75 per person (VAT included)
Children 4-18 years: €10 in the winery. Meal at the restaurant paid separately.

Hicimos una visita con Sonia a la bodega y una cata después. Fue todo una maravilla! Sonia nos enseñó muchísimas cosas, tanto de la elaboración como del maridaje. Destacar la profesionalidad de Sonia, que nos contagió su gran pasión por el vino y en especial por esta bodega. Salimos encantados y con ganas de repetir.pronto. Lo recomendamos 100%!!
Visita con cata dinámica, entretenida, bien explicada, Sonia un encanto de persona, nos enseñó sobre tipos, aromas, elaboración, maridaje... los vinos estupendos. Muy satisfechos en general.
