Just 30 minutes from Madrid, in the municipality of Villarejo de Salvanés, where history
goes back to the Bronze Age and winemaking origins date from the 15th century, our
winery is located in an area of great winegrowing activity, the
Las Vegas district, bordered by the Tajo and Tajuña rivers, where the limestone
and clay soil, home to century-old vineyards, gives rise to great
wines.
With more than three generations of history, we began making our wines
in 1956, becoming today the flagship of the Denominación de Origen
Vinos de Madrid. Our philosophy is based on preserving craftsmanship and naturalness in our
winemaking, while adapting to current preferences and tastes, always
seeking personality in each of our wines.
WINE TOURISM
We invite you to experience wine with all your senses, discovering its essence from within, in the place where it is born, matures and is transformed. You will journey through more than 70 years of family history, where generations of expertise meet the latest technology to bring to life wines full of character and with a special soul.
During the visit you will be able to enjoy the following:
- Welcome toast with one of our most famous wines
- Full guided tour of our winery, established in 1956:
- Historic hall of lined concrete tinajas (traditional clay/concrete fermentation vessels)
- Visit to the oak barrel room
- Guided tasting of 4 of our premium wines
- Pairing with artisan, local-produce snacks
- Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday at 11:00 am (for other days/times, please check availability)
- Approximate duration: 120 min
- Children 4–18 years: €10 (VAT included)

Hicimos una visita con Sonia a la bodega y una cata después. Fue todo una maravilla! Sonia nos enseñó muchísimas cosas, tanto de la elaboración como del maridaje. Destacar la profesionalidad de Sonia, que nos contagió su gran pasión por el vino y en especial por esta bodega. Salimos encantados y con ganas de repetir.pronto. Lo recomendamos 100%!!
Visita con cata dinámica, entretenida, bien explicada, Sonia un encanto de persona, nos enseñó sobre tipos, aromas, elaboración, maridaje... los vinos estupendos. Muy satisfechos en general.
