VISIT BODEGA LAS DANZAS WINERY [ASTURIAS]
Bodega Las Danzas was founded in Cangas del Narcea after several years of work in mountain vineyards, in an environment marked by steep slopes and demanding viticulture. The project was created with the aim of preserving the values of the region's wine and continuing the work focused on the vineyard and artisanal production.
The winery has 3.3 hectares of vineyards located on slopes that are difficult to access, which means that the grapes have to be harvested by hand. This effort defines the character of the wines, made exclusively with grapes from the mountains of Cangas del Narcea.
Behind the project is Carmen Martínez Rodríguez, a lifelong winegrower who decided to take a step further in 2019 and start making her own wines. This decision led to the first vintage of La Media Vuelta, a limited production that reflects her career and knowledge of the vineyard.
The varieties used by the winery are Albarín Blanco, Albarín Negro, Mencía, Carrasquín, and Verdejo Negro, all of which are historic varieties of the region.

Carmen un lujo como guía y mejor no se puede atender ni explicar da gusto una bodega familiar con vinos creados a base de cariño y fuerza heroica con una calidad y sabores de antaño
Lugar precioso e inmejorable. La bodega es pequeña pero muy bonita con vistas formidables. La atención muy familiar y sencilla que te hace que sea muy amena. Degustacion de un vino espectacular danza prima y media vuelta blanco riquísimo Y un tinto plurivarietal muy rico también. Bodega con sabor a la zona que no defraudara a quien la visite. Nosotros repetiremos.
