Our philosophy is based on sustainable and ecological work with an innovative spirit, respecting regional traditions such as the use of clay jars and cement amphorae, and dedicated to recovering varieties that are being lost in the region, thus maintaining our commitment to produce organic wines with history and personality. 

Our vineyards are located in the high plateau of Ocaña (Toledo), at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level and most of the vineyards are old vines harvested by hand. 

Currently our winery is one of the few in Spain with the Sustainable Wineries for Cimate Protection (SWfCP) certification. This certificate of the Spanish Wine Federation (FEV) is oriented to continuous improvement and sustainability, acting at Environmental, Social, Economic and Governance levels.
