VISIT BODEGAS ROBLES [MONTILLA]
Bodegas Robles is one of the pioneering wineries in Spain in the production of organic wines. Its wine tourism proposal invites you to discover the vineyard and organic wine through educational visits to the vineyard and winery, ideal for all audiences, including families. During the experience, visitors learn about sustainable practices such as plant cover, biological pest control, the role of hedges and insects, the use of native yeasts and the importance of soil in wine quality.
WINE TOURISM
The experience includes a walk through the vineyard with a tasting of a Verdejo white wine in the vineyard itself and an explanation of its sustainable cultivation model.
In the winery, the traditional aging and aging systems are presented, with the use of indigenous yeasts. The experience concludes with a guided tasting of four organic wines.

Estuvimos en Montilla unos días y queríamos pasar por esta bodega de gran prestigio. Desde primer momento muy amables, nos enseñaron las instalaciones, Justo entraba un camión con la uva y pudimos ver el proceso en directo. Por otro lado, pudimos degustar este gran producto que superó las expectativas (y eso que eran altas). Sin duda volveremos, agradecer por la atención y la hospitalidad al todo el equipo. ¡Gracias!
Fuimos hacer una cata con ellos y fue una experiencia inolvidable. Nos enseñaron todo el proceso y los distintos tipos de fermentación y por ende los distintos productos. Ers sábado por la tarde pero no tuvieron prisa en ningún momento y disfrutamos de grandes vinos, con buena conversación y sobretodo de consejos para nuestro fin de semana por la zona. Un gran producto, gran historia que aprender, precios lugar y una atención exquisita! De verdad si estáis por la zona no os podéis perder visitar esta bodega!
