VISIT CAVA ROVELLATS WINERY [PENEDÉS]
Rovellats is located in Sant Martí Sarroca, on an estate with over a thousand years of documented history. The property preserves medieval buildings and a farmhouse with Romanesque and Gothic elements that reflect the evolution of the place. The cava project began in the early 20th century with the creation of the underground cava with a radial structure, a unique space 12 meters underground. Since then, three generations have kept the family philosophy alive: respect for origins, constant innovation, and careful production that defines the house style.

Visiting Rovellats means delving into a family project and an estate that combines heritage, nature, and tradition. Our radial cellar—unique in the world—and the modernist gardens surrounding the farmhouse offer a unique setting to enjoy cava and memorable wine tourism experiences.
1. Reserva Tour
A perfect introduction to the world of cava and the history of Rovellats, with a visit to the radial cellar and tasting of three Reserva cavas with a local appetizer.

2. Breakfast in the garden + tour and tasting
Start the day with a country breakfast in the modernist garden, followed by a guided tour and tasting of three cavas.
- Duration: 3 hours
- Price: €45 per person
3. Premium Tour
A complete tour of all areas of the winery, with disgorging of a Gran Reserva in the cellar and pairing with artisan cheeses.
- Duration: approx. 2 hours 30 min.
- Price: €46 per person
4. Brunch, tour and tasting
A more gastronomic experience, with brunch in the modernist garden before or after the guided tour and tasting of three cavas.

5. Bike ride through the vineyards + tour and tasting
An adventure through the heart of the Penedès region combining a bike ride, guided tour, and cava tasting with local appetizers.

6. 360º tour: from the vine to the glass
A private experience that includes a stroll through the vineyard with a glass in hand, a complete tour of the winery, the disgorging of a Gran Reserva, and a final tasting of four Gran Reserva cavas with Iberian appetizers.

Una experiencia FENOMENAL! Hemos pasado unas horas maravillosas y hemos aprendido mucho sobre la historia, la producción y las características del cava Rovellats. Muchísimas gracias a Jeff por su devoción a lo que hace, su atención, su amabilidad y su sentido de humor. Y también por haber tenido paciencia con nosotros, jeje.
