As a result of the restless character of the winemaker Juan Luis Cañas, Dominio de Cair is born, a new challenge that is synthesized in one goal, to make great wines in an exceptional land, La Ribera del Duero. A project born from the passion for the vineyard and that culminates with the creation of this winery.
A land, Ribera del Duero, that Juan Luis traveled through many times until he found his dream vineyards. Old vines, some of them centuries old. Old vines, few in production, but with a generous character to give the best of themselves in each cluster.
A WINERY WHERE NOTHING IS THE RESULT OF CHANCE
In our winery we have always believed that to create a great wine you need a great land. This was the basis for the creation of Bodegas Dominio de Cair in 2008. A modern winery, with avant-garde architecture, where nothing is the result of chance, everything in it is designed for what really matters, optimal conditions to create wines of exceptional quality.

Acabamos de hacer la visita a la bodega mi marido y yo...... Nos a encantado Noemí es una gran profesional se nota k disfruta con su trabajo. encantadora !!!! Los vinos especiales de los mejores k hemos probado Hemos visitado muchísimas bodegas pero esta es especial hemos conocido al dueño Juan Luis Cañas y nos parece un gran profesional Enhorabuena a este ese gran equipo de bodega Cair Totalmente recomendables!!!!
Cogimos la visita con cata básica y nos gustó mucho. La guía muy agradable y comenzamos catando ya desde el principio con un colgador muy útil para la copa. Te explican muchos detalles que no me han contado en otras bodegas, e incluso hacen cata comparativa directa del barril para ver la diferencia entre los distintos robles. Totalmente recomendable
