In Mogarraz, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, is located Bodegas La Zorra, a family project born from respect for tradition and passion for wine.
Since 2010, we have been making honest wines from native varieties such as Rufete, cultivated in centenary terraces next to the Alagón river, within the P.D.O. Sierra de Salamanca. Its vineyards, located in the Natural Park of Las Batuecas - Sierra de Francia and the Biosphere Reserve Sierras de Béjar - Francia, reflect a unique wine-growing landscape.
The true value of Bodegas La Zorra is in the vineyard: old vines, complex soils and a unique environment that is reflected in every bottle. Its philosophy is clear: to pay homage to its ancestors and to the culture of good food and drink that the family has been cultivating since 1974 with the El Mirasierra Restaurant, a gastronomic reference and an outstanding mention in the Michelin Guide.
The winery has a tasting room and store, where you can taste our wines in a unique environment.

Hoy estuvimos 8 personas en una experiencia que nos gustó mucho , gracias a Nora , nos atendió muy bien , nos explicó todo y las dudas nos ayudó a entenderlo … los vinos , tintos , blancos , Rufetes , vermut … muy muy buenos .
La bodega se encuentra situada en un lugar con mucho encanto. La cata merece totalmente la pena y conocer a Flori y Agustín también, que tienen la virtud de hacerte sentir en casa por su amabilidad, profesionalidad y simpatía. Los vinos increíbles y para finalizar la cata te cuentan la historia del vino de la denominación Rufete y te muestran la bodega. Totalmente recomendado
