Bodegas Doblas


Bodegas Doblas is a family winery, with a great winemaking tradition. It is currently managed by Antonio Doblas, who has managed to combine the wisdom of previous generations with modern technology to produce wines of excellent quality. 

Our wines are made with grapes of the Pedro Ximénez variety that are selected from our best vineyards in Moriles Alto, considered areas of superior quality by the Montilla-Moriles Regulatory Council. 
We elaborate a wide range of wines: Jóvenes, de Tinaja, Finos, Amontillados, Pedro Ximénez, En Rama and Organic.

At the moment Bodegas Doblas houses almost 1000 centenary American oak casks in which our wines are aged, under veil of flor, by means of the traditional system of soleras and criaderas. Thus preserving the perpetual essence of fortified wines. 
The process is taken care of from the beginning to the end "De la Cepa a la Copa" and each one of the people who compose it is linked to the process of elaboration of these unique wines and full of feelings elaborated with dedication and care, obtaining this way that the quality and the good service is our sign of identity.


In Bodegas Doblas we want you to be witnesses and protagonists of all this process of birth and aging of wine, so we offer our customers guided tours in which in addition to taste and savor our wines, you can taste the excellent traditional cuisine of the land, in its best environment.
