Bodegas Martinez Paiva is a family business with more than five generations of tradition in the cultivation of vines and the production of quality wines in Extremadura. The winery has 350 hectares of vineyards, mainly planted with national varieties such as Tempranillo, Graciano, and the native Cayetana, with small productions of other national varieties (Mazuelo, Moscatel) and international varieties such as Merlot, Syrah or Chardonnay.
INNOVATION SERVING TRADITION
We are pioneers in the introduction of new cultivation techniques and varietals in the area of Tierra de Barros, near Almendralejo (Badajoz). Our wines are made from grapes selected from our own vineyards, allowing us to control and guarantee the winemaking process from the vine to the bottle, and thus give them their own personality.
