A family estate with more than three centuries of history where dreams come true. Located in the heart of Spain's largest volcanic massif, Campo de Calatrava.
Its volcano, "Maar de la Hoya de Cervera", is hydromagmatic and is located within the estate. It has been dormant for more than 5,000 years, but its mark is still alive: the volcanic soils that surround it impregnate the earth with minerals that are reflected in the personality and character of the wines.

A beautiful tour of the estate's most representative landscapes, vineyards, centuries-old olive trees, a 1927 winery, a 1941 stone mill, lavender fields, a cabin with panoramic views, a 19th-century courtyard... and, of course, the volcano. You will also taste 3 wines and 2 extra virgin olive oils, along with delicious local appetizers.

For those who want to experience the volcano from the inside, for 2 to 4 people maximum.
In addition to everything described in the previous visit, it includes access to a hidden gem: a volcanic cave inside a Strombolian volcano. In this unique space, one of the winery's most special wines is aged. Oak barrels rest between volcanic rock walls, creating a magical setting for an intimate and sensory tasting, guided by the winery team... and you will take home a personalized bottle of this wine.

Difícil plasmar en pocas palabras todas las sensaciones y experiencias vividas en una visita privada a Encomienda de Cervera. Un paraje volcánico del macizo de Calatrava en el corazón de La Mancha, en el que hemos disfrutado de historia, paisaje, viñedos, olivos, aceite y unos excelentes vinos. Y lo mejor: El trato familiar y acogedor recibido por parte de la familia propietaria y los empleados de la finca. Volveremos seguro.
La Encomienda de Cervera es un lugar muy singular, ubicado en la ladera de un volcán. Con la producción de vinos muy variados, al igual que la producción de aceite de calidad y todo de forma ecológica. Tiene la capacidad de innovar en la creación de nuevos vinos, como los creados en la gruta volcánica. Es un lugar precioso para visitar y ver la almazara y la bodega de principios de siglo XX, totalmente renovada pero con los detalles de la época. Te lo aconsejo, no te arrepentirás. NO TE LO PIERDAS
