Bodega la Era is a family project in the heart of the Alcarria, built around a beautiful Mediterranean garden. It was born from the commitment to preserve and enhance the value of the wine heritage of its people.

We are guardians of a centenary ecosystem. We work 4 hectares of vineyards, some of them more than 90 years old, to obtain the best grapes and, at the same time, regenerate and enrich the ecosystem that sustains them.

We produce unique wines in small vintages. We work in an artisan way, vinifying each plot and each grape variety without pre-established recipes, based on our experience and intuition. Our goal is to enhance the qualities of the grape that each vintage offers us.

WINE TOURISM: VINEYARD, WINERY AND WINE TASTING

  • We start in the vineyard, where we explain our way of working (regenerative agriculture, respectful pruning) and how each decision influences the wine.
  • Then we walk through the garden to get to the winery where we show you how we make our wines and what the philosophy of minimum intervention consists of. Again we emphasize the most important factors that, in our opinion, influence the wines you are going to taste.
  • Finally we move on to our tasting room, a spectacular space where tradition, modernity, nature and craftsmanship coexist. There we will enjoy our wines paired each one with a tapa prepared in our own kitchen.
