The Tierras de Cebreros Wine Tourism Complex is located in the Alberche Valley, south of the Sierra Paramera, in a privileged natural environment. With 40 hectares of its own vineyards, partly centenary and partly recently planted, it offers a unique experience for wine lovers.

Tasting Room
The tasting room, built with Corten steel by a local craftsman, is equipped with milk funnels as spittoons, which are cleaned centrally and automatically. In addition, visitors can test their sense of smell on a panel of 18 primary and tertiary aromas characteristic of wine, with a self-checking system that guarantees a didactic and entertaining experience.
Restaurants
Tierras de Cebreros has three gastronomic spaces with different styles:
- Sursum: Located on the top floor of the building, with capacity for 90 people, it pays tribute to local products such as fruits and vegetables from the Alberche Valley, cheeses from El Barraco and Sotillo de La Adrada, black veal from Avila and organic sausages. Its carefully designed ambience and artistic decoration make the experience pleasurable in all senses.
- Cenaculum: An exclusive space located in the middle of the vineyard, designed for small groups of up to 25 people who wish to celebrate private events. Equipped with a kitchen, barbecue and private bathrooms, it offers the possibility of enjoying a completely personalized gastronomic experience.
- Deorsum: Located at the foot of the vineyard, this restaurant is built on an old cistern that collects rainwater for reuse. Its relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by nature, makes it an ideal place to enjoy a snack with local products, whose menu varies according to the season.
Hotel
The resort hotel offers 12 double rooms with views of the Alberche Valley and the vineyards. Its design combines naturalness and elegance, providing a warm and comfortable atmosphere for rest. Guests can have breakfast on the terrace-viewpoint overlooking the vineyard or in the cafeteria.
Museum
The complex houses a museum that exhibits sculptures and paintings by renowned artists such as Oteiza, Chillida and Benjamín Palencia, as well as works by local artists. A space dedicated to the appreciation of art, which complements the wine tourism experience with an enriching cultural dimension.

Hotel muy nuevo con vistas preciosas al viñedo y las montañas. La visita guiada fue muy distendida, profesional y cercana. La habitación muy calentita y acogedora con todo lo necesario. Se descansa muy bien, sin ruidos y las camas muy cómodas. Cómo hacía mal tiempo pudimos estar super agusto, tomando el rico vino de aquí en el bar/salón. El desayuno muy completo . Muy recomendable para una escapada en pareja,
Lugar espectacular en Cebreros que junta en un mismo sitio una bodega impresionante, con un hotel cuidado al detalle en cada rincón con su diseño y decoración. Además cuenta con una ubicación estupenda en plena montaña con unas vistas magníficas. Y lo mejor de todo es su propuesta gastronómica con platos de calidad y muy elaborados que no dejan indiferente. Servicio excelente. La mezcla de todo esto, da lugar a una experiencia increíble y 100% recomendable. No nos cansamos de repetir.
