VISIT NATURAL CURING CELLAR OF SPANISH HAMS IN HUELVA | JABUGO

Jamones Eiriz Jabugo is one of the oldest ham curing cellars in the natural park of Aracena and Picos de Aroche in Huelva of artisan production of hams and acorn-fed Iberian sausages. We want to introduce you to our tourist activity that tries to transmit a respect for the environment, a culture around the Iberian pig as a way of life, a trade, and to discover an experience in a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve area, a unique, singular flavor, an essence of life.

OUR VISIT TAKES PLACE IN 3 STAGES

  • Visit to La Dehesa, 120 meters from our location in Corteconcepción, where we have Iberian pigs in freedom.
  • Our Natural Drying Rooms and Curing Cellars, with open windows, and natural air exchange, both for sausages and hams.
  • Exclusive tasting: Consists of a blind tasting where you will learn to differentiate a 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham from a 50% Iberian Cebo ham, finishing the tasting by tasting our acorn-fed loin and tenderloin. All our products are paired with D. O. Condado de Huelva wines (1 white, 1 fino and 1 orange wine).
The approximate duration is 2.5 hours.
