VISIT PRIMITIVO COLLANTES WINERY [CHICLANA DE LA FRONTERA]
Founded in the 19th century by brothers Primitivo and Tomás Collantes, the first winery was located at Calle Ancha, No. 51, known as "Bodega El Gallo.” As the business grew, the plot of land where the Bodega de Crianza stands today was acquired. The company was incorporated in 1946 and became a public limited company in 1973, adapting its statutes in 1992.
Primitivo Collantes owns the Pozo Galván (17.30 ha) and Matlián (19.53 ha) vineyards, within the Jerez Designation of Origin. The final aging of the wines is carried out using the Crianzas y Soleras system, beginning with biological aging (flor veil) until the characteristics that define their wines are achieved.

Magnífica e historica bodega que conserva las esencias de los buenos vinos andaluces hoy modernizada en su elaboración y nuevos yvariados productos de calidad
Excelentes vinos de la tierra, Fino arroyuelo nada mejor para el maridaje con un buen queso o jamón. Crean El Trovador, nada que envidiar a los mejores Creams de Jerez. Moscatel Oro, una joya en paladar, en definitiva, bodega muy recomendable.
Unas de las mejores bodegas de Chiclana de la Frontera, muy bien fino de Chiclana.
