VISIT COVA DA XABREIRA [VALDEORRAS]
Located in As Covas de Seadur (Ourense), a historic complex of more than 70 underground cellars dug into the rock. Simón Val restored the family cave and turned it into a restaurant and tasting room. The winery produces limited-production wines (Godello, Mencía, Brancellao and Merenzao) from its 6 hectares of estate vineyards.

Route «Coñece a nosa Adega Nova»
A tour of the modern winemaking facilities (500 m from the historic cave) to learn about the winemaking process.
- Includes: Guided visit to the Adega Nova + guided tasting of 3 wines + board of local charcuterie and cheeses + vermouth at Cova da Xabreira.
- Duration: 1 hour.
- Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays at 12:00 (all year round).

Route «Coñece As Covas de Seadur»
A guided walk through the landmark cluster of traditional underground cellars, with tasting stops along the way.
- Includes: Welcome at As Covas + guided tasting of 4 wines along the route + board of cheeses and charcuterie + vermouth at Cova da Xabreira + tasting glass and souvenir pendant.
- Duration: 1 hour.
- Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays at 12:00 (all year round).
Price: €30 / person.
Route «Viñas de Seadur»
A 3 km guided walk through the vines to discover the terroir and native varieties, with open-air tastings and a technical visit.
- Includes: Vineyard route + visit to the Adega Nova + tasting of 5 wines along the route + board of charcuterie and cheeses + tasting glass and souvenir pendant.
- Duration: 2.5 hours.
- Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays at 11:00 (March to October).

Coveiro por un día
A hands-on food experience: a traditional roast in a wood-fired oven inside a private cave, with support from the team.
- Includes: Full menu (roast kid, empanada, salad and homemade dessert) paired with the winery's own Godello and Mencía.
- Duration: 4 to 5 hours.
- Group: 4 to 12 people.
- Schedule: To be arranged depending on the season.

Picnic «A Carabela»
A ready-to-enjoy food basket to have at your own pace among the vineyards or next to the covas.
- Includes: Selection of local Valdeorras products + 1 bottle of Cova da Xabreira wine.
- Duration: 2 hours (suggested time).
Price: €50 per basket (for 2 people).
Seadur en e-Bike
Self-guided e-bike routes to explore the village's rural surroundings before or after your visit.
- Includes: E-bike rental and suggested itineraries.
Price: €15 / person.
GROUP EXPERIENCES
Tailor-made private visits (Thursdays and Fridays)
Customised programmes for groups (minimum 6 people). Combine any of the three routes (Adega Nova, As Covas or vineyards) with a tasting of 4-5 wines and a pairing menu at the restaurant.

Market and grill cuisine inside a traditional stone cave, paired with the winery's wines. A venue with panoramic views recommended by the Guía Repsol.

Godello whites and reds from Mencía and recovered native varieties (Brancellao, Merenzao, Mouratón), made solely from estate-grown grapes in Seadur, DO Valdeorras, some from vines over 50 years old. The range is completed by a white vermouth.

Ubicado en lo alto del pueblo con una terraza con bonitas vistas y su interior es una cueva con una ambientación preciosa y una excelente cocina. estupendo chuletón y oreja a la brasa, exquisita. Excelente atención. Cien por cien recomendable.
Un restaurante con un ambiente único, situado en una cueva que le da un encanto especial. En A Cova da Xabreira disfrutamos de un chuletón de vaca vieja espectacular, jugoso y lleno de sabor, acompañado de un precio más que razonable.
