CASTILLO DE MORILES MUST MUSEUM
The Castillo de Moriles Must Museum is one of the highlights of the Montilla-Moriles Wine Route. This space offers a tour of the ancient techniques of must production: harvesting, pressing, fermentation, storage, and filtering. An exhibition that allows visitors to understand the evolution of the traditional arts of must extraction and transformation, transporting them to the origins of this activity.
The museum was created with the aim of highlighting the cultural and oenological heritage of Moriles musts. The exhibition features old machinery and tools used in the different stages of production, as well as photographs and recreations of the traditional processes involved in grape production.
The visit includes a guided tour with a tasting of products made by Castillo de Moriles. In addition, the museum has a shop where you can buy typical local pastries, such as gachas and arrope, authentic flavors of the area.
