Extreme vineyards, centenary... in incredible soils, formed by degraded slate and other minerals, in a continental climate that delivers very scarce productions. Wines made with the minimum human intervention and that reflect the flavor that the soil, the yeasts, the microbiota and the rich biodiversity that populate our lands and vineyards bring to the grapes.

DISCOVER THE HISTORY OF OUR WINES

The roots of our vines are sunk in dry land more than 500 million years old, surrounded by the fossils of those trilobites which, somehow, come back to life in those vines which they feed and which, perhaps, they contemplate with their old eyes, the first eyes that existed on our Planet.

From these events that united the trilobites with the vines (vites in Latin) comes our TRILO-VITES wine, which therefore contains traces of life on Earth more than 500 million years ago. We have taken extreme care in its cultivation, recovering traditional methods and respecting the self-regulating vines, without using pesticides or altering their natural dynamics. The result is an extraordinary wine.
